Hi, I'm Sara — a certified Christian Life Coach and Ministry Level Advisor dedicated to helping individuals navigate and heal from unhealthy patterns and beliefs connected to wounds, traumas and the many layers of church hurt.
For decades, I've walked through my own seasons of hardship, woundedness, and pain — often behind the scenes — unaware that God was using it all to shape a testimony that would one day help others find their way forward.
Out of that journey, 321Forward was born — a transformational coaching ministry designed to help people get unstuck from unhealthy patterns and limiting beliefs, and step into the wholeness God designed for them.
It's a certainty that we will experience pain and wounds at various moments in our lives. If left unhealed, these dormant wounds can cultivate a lifetime filled with unhealthy mindsets and belief systems. Those wounds do not have to dictate the course of your life.
Healing is a wonderful journey that is entirely within reach. Breaking free from unhealthy patterns, mindsets, and beliefs paves the way for a life filled with peace and stability.
